Cedarwoods Students In Competitions

We at Cedarwoods are so very proud of these students featured on our
Wags & Brags page. They have worked very hard to achieve these awards. Our congratulations to them.
AKC Companion Dog (CD) Title
Mischief received her AKC CD Title in 3 consecutive tries. On her first attempt she received a score of 186.5 and placed 3rd out of 19 dogs. On the second day of the show, she received a 186 and placed 2nd out of 17 dogs. The next show was about a month later and on my birthday. She got a 192.5 and a First Place out of 18 dogs. What a great birthday present she gave me!!
AKC High In Match (HIM)
Mischief received a HIM in an AKC sanctioned Pembroke Welsh Corgi Specialty Match. She got a First Place in Novice B and a First Place in Graduate Novice and was the highest scoring dog of all the Obedience exhibitors and therefore won High In Match. We were very proud that day.
Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America Herding Instinct Certificate
Mischief got her PHC (Pembroke Herding Certificate) easily. Her instinct is strong and her work ethic high. So strong in fact, she was called into the ring several other times throughout the day to help those Corgis who were less focused. She showed those sheep just who was the boss! We stayed the weekend in the motor home at Ewe-Topia in Roy, WA and spent an extra day herding!
